The finest works of art need a frame to match. Sometimes the frame is rococo gilt and hangs in a museum. Other times, it is architecture that turns an entire house into a frame for a spectacular view. When the view is of the deep, blue waters of Lake Travis in the Texas Hill Country, that frame had better be breathtaking itself.
